This project involves the rapid development of a commercial complex consisting of 2 gas stations, 8 drive-thru outlets, 4 restaurants, 3 markets, and 2 car care buildings, all constructed with steel structures to meet tight timelines. Steel was chosen for its ability to facilitate faster construction due to prefabrication and ease of assembly, reducing on-site labor and minimizing delays.
